Shipping & Delivery Information
All EU orders are shipped from within the EU, meaning no import fees or additional charges on delivery. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM CET. This excludes weekend days and BE Public Holidays.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €50 to EU countries.
Please note, express shipping options are subject to business discretion and might not always be offered at the time of your purchase. If an Express option is available when you are placing your order, this will appear as a shipping option for you at checkout.

We track every order. We'll send you the tracking number of your order so that you can watch the moment your REFY product is shipped to the moment it's in your hands!
